  2. Maintaining the formalities for formation of a Limited Liability Company with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms;
  3. Preparation of Notice & Minutes of Annual General Meeting and maintaining the formalities for holding the AGM and submission the necessary papers and documents with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms;
  4. Preparation of Notice & Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting and maintaining the formalities for holding the Board meeting and submission the necessary papers & documents with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms;
  5. Maintaining the Notice Book, Minutes Book of Different Meeting like Annual General Meeting, Board of Directors Meeting & any other meeting (if any);
  6. Handling the issue of change of Directors, Share Transfer, change of Register office, Change of Articles of Association, Allotment of Share, Change of Share Capital etc.
  7. Processing the Tax Payers Identification Number.
  8. Preparation and Submission of Income tax Return
  9. Yearly Tax Assessment done of the Liaison office.
  10. Preparation of the Quarterly Accounts and submit this with Board of Investment, Bangladesh Bank, Tax Authority.
