Job Context

• IIML is one of the oldest and largest IT export company in Bangladesh. It serves several Fortune500 companies and many blue chip clients around the world. Currently, we are looking for intelligent and motivated individual to join in above position.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers and posting to accounting software/QuickBook.
• Prepare profit & loss accounts, inventory costing and project analysis report.
• Prepare salary sheet with comparing related records & documents.
• Planning, developing and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies Administration
• Maintain liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, custom office, VAT department.
• Completing import/export procedures by preparing related documents as per L/C terms & conditions.
• Require to visit North-Bengal as required by the Management.
• Any other activities as & when required by the Management.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Equivalent, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  
• Masters, Master of Commerce (MCom)
  
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting Information System; Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting & Information System
• Preferred Professional Certification: ACCA
• Public or Nation University

Experience

• At least 3 years
• Strong competency in MS Word, MS-Excel, typing, operation of e-mail.

Additional Requirements

• Age 28-38
• Both males & females are allowed to apply
• Professional degree will add extra advantage.
• Proficiency in English required, with excellent communication skills.
